So, if you’re a business owner who’s thinking about everything that you have to do in your daily life and you find yourself scrambling, VSI is a great service to help you get more of your time back. The thing that is so great about it is that I have worked with virtual assistants in the past, and some of them have not been so great. VSI was able to actually give me somebody who was customized to my needs and somebody who I could actually rely on. “I’ve been working with the VSI Virtual assistant for a year and a half, two years. She’s wonderful, she’s taken over many responsibilities that take me out of my lanes of selling, of managing a team, of sourcing good vendors for new software products and ultimately saving people money. She’s been able to take on a lot of the administrative work that goes with that, and it’s been incredible for me and our team. I was talking to a friend who could desperately use a virtual assistant and he was telling me he spends one to two hours a day and the end of every day invoicing his clients. I asked him how much he made when he went onsite to handle client issues, and he said $175 an hour, and I was like, so $350 every day you are spending invoicing people instead of spending those hours onsite making an extra $350? Does that add up to you, or would you like to find somebody that allows you to better stay in your lane? And I think he saw the writing on the wall pretty clearly with that. Again, I work with my virtual assistant super well, she’s changed my whole game. If you’re worried about training a virtual assistant, don’t, they train themselves, they create their own processes, just communicate and it’ll be easier than you could ever imagine. Make your first hire somebody at VSI.”
